On June 27th, Milwaukee Beer Society will be hosting a meeting focused on evaluating beers with special guest MC Sig Copple. Sig is a BJCP (Beer Judge Certification Program) Certified Beer Judge and Mead Judge who has judged dozens of competitions (hundreds of beers) including the National Homebrew Competition. After tasting each beer, Sig will guide us through a discussion about the appearance, aroma, flavor, mouthfeel, and overall impression of the beer. We’ll also take a look at some BJCP…
