February 10 marks the end of Fasching (essentially German Mardi Gras) and the beginning of the Lenten season. Monks back in the day would fast during Lent, drinking Doppelbocks as their main source of nutrition for 40 days. We’ll honor that tradition by getting our main source of nutrition from bock beers as well, if only for a few hours. We intend to have a variety of different styles of bock beers on hand for this tasting, so come and enjoy good beer and good people!
